Public Beta of API and Compliance Updates

Public Beta of API and Compliance Updates

We're excited to announce the public beta of our API and compliance updates!

API access for all users

We are thrilled to announce that the API powering browse.new is now accessible to all users. This enables you to programmatically operate fully autonomous agents on the web. Designed for simplicity and ease of use, our API comes with extensive documentation to assist you in getting started. Once logged in, your API key and a link to the documentation can be found by clicking the top right button on the browse.new dashboard. It's important to note that the API is in public beta, and we are actively seeking feedback from our user community. We advise against using it in production environments at this time.

We are excited to see what you build with our API! If you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through our discord community.

Enhanced Compliance

We are now fully compliant with the following standards:

  • SOC2 Type I: Ensuring the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data.
  • HIPAA: Complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act for the protection of sensitive patient health information.
  • GDPR: Adhering to the General Data Protection Regulation for the protection of data and privacy in the European Union.

These enhancements are designed to improve the efficiency and security of our platform, providing a more robust experience for our users. Our commitment to compliance adds an extra layer of trust for our users. For more details, visit our Trust Center.

We're dedicated to providing a secure and efficient platform for our users. Stay tuned for more updates!

Mobile Proxy Integration and Captcha Handling

Mobile Proxy Integration and Captcha Handling

We're pleased to announce new enhancements to our induced agents! Our focus is on improving the resilience and accuracy of web interactions, making workflows smoother and more reliable.

Mobile Proxy Integration

Our agents now operate behind mobile proxies based in New York, offering increased security and reducing the likelihood of bot detection. This update enhances the agents' ability to perform remote browsing with greater efficiency. Soon, we will also provide an option to bypass the proxy for faster workflows, and eventually, we plan to allow the use of custom proxies.

Enhanced Captcha Handling

We've integrated advanced captcha-solving capabilities into our agents, enabling them to automatically detect and solve a variety of captcha types:

  • Text Captchas: Solve text-based challenges.
  • Number Captchas: Handle captchas involving numerical calculations.
  • Question-based Captchas: Answer common question-based challenges.
  • ReCaptcha: Overcome Google's ReCaptcha challenges.
  • hCaptcha: Tackle hCaptcha, an alternative to ReCaptcha.

Streamlined Workflows

The combination of mobile proxy integration and enhanced captcha handling makes our induced agents more resilient and less prone to errors. This update ensures smoother and more reliable remote browsing experiences.

We're continuously working to improve our platform and appreciate your feedback and support. Stay tuned for further updates!

Faster inferences, private runs and an updated UI

Faster inferences, private runs and an updated UI

Excited to announce the release of our latest updates to the platform! Over the past week we have recieved an overwhelming amount of new users, usage and feedback. We are thrilled to see the community grow and are working hard to make the platform better for everyone.

Here are the highlights of the latest updates:

Faster inferences

You should now see a significant reduction in the time it takes to for your prompts to complete. This is a result of a number of changes we have made to our infrastructure. We are constantly working to improve the performance of the platform and will continue to make improvements in the future.

Private runs

We have added the ability to run your prompts in private. This means that your prompts will not be visible to other users. This is useful for when you are working on sensitive prompts or just want to keep your work private. This is available as a toggle on the prompt page and as a new parameter in the discord bot's /run command.

New UI

We have made some changes to the UI to make it easier to use. We have improved the layout and added some new features to make it easier to navigate and use the platform. There's also a new section below the prompt input that shows the most recent prompts from the community. This is a great way to see what others are working on and get inspiration for your own prompts.

Release of browse.new - new home for your agents

Release of browse.new - new home for your agents

Based on feedback from our users, we are excited to announce the release of browse.new - the same experimental bot from our previous post but directly from your browser - no need of linking your discord account or figuring out how to use slash commands.

Just head over to browse.new from a browser on your phone or computer and enter your prompt in the search bar. There's also some suggested prompts to get you started - expect more to come soon!

The discord bot is still available and will continue to be supported, it's a great way for everyone to try prompting the bot together but for when you want to use it on your own, browse.new is the way to go.

Public Preview for Discord Bot

Public Preview for Discord Bot

Thrilled to announce the public access to our experimental autonomous bot today!

While we are gradually rolling out access to our platform to users one-by-one, we wanted to give you a sneak peek of our latest experiments in building autonomous bots. So we built a discord bot that lets you spin up fully-remote autonomous agents and perform tasks on the web using natural language commands. This is a minified version of our platform with a small set of features and it is still a work in progress - it hallucinates, makes mistakes and gets stuck sometimes - so we evidently do not recommend using it for any serious work. But we are excited to see people coming together and prompt engineering it to push it to its limits and find inevitable bugs and issues.

Try the bot out by joining our discord server and going to the #try-induced-1 channel. We are looking forward to your feedback and suggestions!
